The Open Group is a global business that empowers the achievement of company objectives through technology standards. They offer various publications and tools to support organisations that are looking to train and develop their staff. The Open Group’s eCommerce presence includes the shop and publications website, which are both vital for delivering an exceptional user experience and meeting its customers’ needs worldwide.

The Brief

The Open Group approached Foundation Commerce with clear requirements – to elevate its online customer experience by upgrading its outdated LUMA storefronts. While the existing Adobe Commerce solution served its essential purpose, several challenges hindered its performance and frustrated customers. After three years of collaborating with us, they selected Foundation Commerce to transform the storefronts of both their websites.

Aims & Objectives

What We Delivered
