The Calais Wine Superstore is the biggest, dedicated wine warehouse in Calais, providing a huge range of wine and beer, including many of the UK’s favourite brands. This was an extremely challenging project as this clients user journey is completely different to that of a standard ecommerce website. Calais Wines customers log on to their website and place an order for the wine and beer they wish to purchase. The products are not delivered to them, instead the customer must travel out to Calais, France to collect their order. Travel options are provided through the website and these vary depending on the amount spent by the customer. Our Magento 2 developers had to customise large parts of the platform to meet the requirements for this project. Overall this project was a flying success. Cheers to that!
